 Traina Development Group is a full-service real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition and development of commercial, healthcare, industrial, retail and residential properties across the United States. A current focus of TDG is the monetization of non-core assets within the healthcare industry via sale-lease back and new construction initiatives.

As a boutique family office, The Traina Companies is not only built on its ability to create or invest in great deals but its capacity to strengthen relationships that we have cherished and cultivated over the years.

As a value-add investor and developer, TCo does not solely seek out traditional ‘Trophy’ properties located in prime markets; rather, we seek opportunities where our abilities to add and create value will be best utilized.

By acquiring properties at the right price and then diligently performing the required procedures with regard to legal, land-use/zoning, equity and debt placements, and other factors, TCo works tirelessly to both mitigate project risk and enhance profit margins.

 

### **Travel and Technology **

Tco has been at the forefront of the now burgeoning travel-technology industry since its acquisition of InteleTravel.com in 1991. It has since expanded its influence in the market with partnerships with Hickory Global Partners, a corporate travel company, and BusinessTravel.com, the home for unmanaged business travelers.

Given the firm’s extensive work in this growing industry, Tco is uniquely capable of leveraging its expertise for further growth. And its proprietary technology gives Tco an advantage over competitors, including newcomers to the industry.

Whether its for existing entities or start-ups, TCo is always assessing future partnerships that will allow it to find creative solutions where needed and enhance its position in this exciting industry.
